How to activate an eSIM on your phone

After a successful order you receive an activation code that starts with LPA:. Use that code to install the eSIM profile on your device.

Before you start

  • Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier locked.
  • Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.
  • Copy the activation code (LPA:1$...) from your order details.

iPhone (iOS 16+)

  1. Open Settings > Cellular / Mobile Service.
  2. Tap Add eSIM, then Use QR Code.
  3. Tap Enter Details Manually and paste the LPA activation code.
  4. Confirm and wait until the plan is installed.
  5. Label the plan, then turn on Data Roaming for this eSIM.

Android (Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi, etc.)

  1. Open Settings > Network & internet > SIMs / Mobile network.
  2. Tap Add eSIM or Download a SIM instead.
  3. Choose Enter code manually and paste the LPA activation code.
  4. Confirm the download and activate the profile.
  5. Enable the eSIM and turn on data roaming.

Troubleshooting

  • One activation code can only be installed once — do not delete the profile unless you no longer need it.
  • If installation fails, check your internet connection and try again.
