1. Using the service
NumVersal rents temporary phone numbers for receiving one-time verification codes. You are responsible for how you use the numbers and for complying with the terms of the services you verify with them.

2. Account and balance
One account per person. Balance is prepaid, denominated in IDR, and can only be spent on numbers within the platform. Balance is non-transferable between accounts.
3. Refunds
If a number never receives a code, or the order is cancelled before completion, the amount is returned to your balance automatically. Completed orders where a code was delivered are final.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Accounts involved in abuse are suspended without refund.
5. Availability
Number stock and pricing depend on upstream operators and change in real time. We do not guarantee availability of any specific country or service at any given moment.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
